General Laborer
Must be strong, healthy, fit and able perform physical labor such as:
Lift and carry 50 pounds or more
Load and unload materials and equipment
Preparation of work sites, materials and or tools
Dig, shovel, trench and work in tandem with machine operator
Ability to work with hot materials such as asphalt and tar
Ability to work with concrete such as spread, place forms, etc.
Ability to run hand tools and small equipment
Set up and perform traffic control
May require basic ability to read blueprints
Must have strong work ethic
Occasionally work long hours
Be a team player
Raking/Grading
Have the ability to spread and level dirt, stone, asphalt and concrete
Have the ability to construct and maintain a proper grade
Will be required to perform the basic general laboring task as asked by the supervisor

Operating Equipment
Ability to show safety and efficiency handling equipment
Will be responsible to check equipment fluids
Will be responsible to inspect equipment for leaks and unusual noises
Will be required to be occasionally observed by a supervisor
Have the ability to construct and maintain a proper grades
Ability to read blueprints
Will be required to perform the basic general laboring task as asked by the supervisor
Must have strong work ethic

Vehicle Operator
Ability to show safety and efficiency handling vehicle
Responsible to check equipment fluids
Will be responsible to inspect equipment for leaks and unusual noises
Responsible to observe and obey all traffic laws and safety requirements
Will be required to be occasionally observed by a supervisor
Will be required to perform the basic general laboring task as asked by the supervisor
Must have strong work ethic
Occasionally work long hours

Supervisor
Early starts required
Set up equipment, supplies and employees
Know safety regulations and relay to employees
Have employees abide by safety, harassment and general conduct codes
Pre-check and prep job sites as needed
Observe and take notes of potential problems on project
Ability to get projects done on time and under budget
Perform final inspections of projects
Have good communication skills with employees and customers
Ability to read blueprints
Fill out required paperwork for projects
